About Sancture Custom Training Plans

A Sancture Sportifs Training Plan is a fully interactive, bespoke, web-based plan designed for you by professional Triathlon Coach Richard Laidlow. There is no upper limit on our training plans (4 weeks is generally viewed as a minimum period). If you wish to train for an Olympic distance triathlon and have identified around 10 hours a week for 30 weeks, this would be possible. Or if you have already raced several half IRONMANS and have 12 weeks to prepare for a full IRONMAN, the plan would be written for this.

You do not need to fit the plan, the training plan is expertly designed to fit you!
